💼 POSITION DETAILS
- Experience Required: Minimum 12 Months CDL
- Home Time: Home Daily
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (Night Shift)
- Start Times: Between 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (varies by route)
- Position Type: Flex / Floater (cover routes as needed)
🚚 FREIGHT & OPERATIONS
- Driver unload required (parts + roller cages)
- Deliveries to automotive dealerships
- Handle returns and secure locations after delivery
Freight Type:
- Aftermarket automotive parts (hoods, bumpers, doors, etc.)
Lane Overview:
- Operating across multiple states including:
- Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Wisconsin
- Routes vary based on coverage needs
Equipment:
- 2020–2024 automatic trucks
- 28’ & 48’ dry van trailers with lift gates
⚠️ Physical Requirements:
- Lift and handle 40–75 lbs
- Load/unload from trailer floor and overhead storage
- Maneuver in tight dealership lots
💰 PAY & COMPENSATION
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $1,800
- Guaranteed Minimum: $1,400/week (after 12 months: $1,450)
Mileage Pay:
- $0.58 CPM (up to $0.62 max)
💵 Additional Pay:
- Stop Pay (Delivery): $20
- Stop Pay (Drop & Hook): $13
- Training Pay: $18.54/hour
💵 Bonuses:
- $500 Transition Bonus (paid on second paycheck)
📋 REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL A License
- Minimum 12 Months Experience Required
- Doubles Endorsement Required
- Must be able to handle physical workload
- Must be comfortable working flexible routes and schedules
- Must pass DOT physical & drug screening (hair & urine)
